A graduate of Johnson Wales University Sonya holds a A.S. and a B.A. in management. She is a bubbly people person that loves music and beauty inside and out. She is an aspiring writer currently working on her first novel and writing for Spade's upcoming Poetry Collection. She began with Spade 3 years ago and has worked in nearly every aspect of the buisness from modeling to designing. She now manages as the Executive Administrator. She not only believes in working hard for the buisness but also in working hard for the people that make the buisness. She is a driving part of the culture that not only makes The Spade Design Company successful but also making its people successful.

Ebonie "Agent IAM" Nixon
AVPR Manager
Cincinnati native, Ebonie Nixon, holds a license in estheticis and is aspiring promotional model. She also is co-owner of a small community based entertainment company, L.A.C.E. Inc. She loves people, beauty, dancing, and being a socialite. She is currently working on adding makeup artistry to her list of careers. Ebonie is Spade’s newest members and is assisting with the advertising and public relations aspect of the company. She believes in putting your best foot forward in everything she does and is guiding those steps into the future.

Damion "Agent D" Lynch
Lead Designer
A graduate of Johnson & Wales University Damion actually began designing in highschool. During lectures in his bible class he would sketch pictures of the cute girls in school. He would draw them in couture outfits and elaborate dresses. This eventually developed into the desire to be a fashion designer and have his own label. He wanted a label that was chic with an edgy attitude that stood for something. After years of plastering spades on every article of clothing he could get his hands on the vision for the label was made clear to him. SPADE was an acronym for Spiritually Powerful and Devoted Entrepreneurs. The label was to stand for Christians and distinction. Believing that you could be attractive, sexy, wealthy, successful or excel in buisness yet still be Christian. He is currently the Head Designer for The Spade Design Company and with the company has partnered with several skilled desingers to continue to produce unique and innovative collections.

Dana "Agent DNA" Lynch
Designer
Dana "Agent DNA" Lynch, a Walnut Hills High School alum, is a student attending Columbia College in Chicago. She plans to graduate in May of 2010. She is pursing a degree in the Marketing Communications field. Dana is incredibly skilled at planning, organizing and formulating ideas.She has been with The Spade Design Co. for three years. She started as a photographer/stylist and has worked her way to being the director of the 2009 Spade Fashion Show.

Megan "Agent M.E." Richardson
Designer
Born and raised in Cincinnati,OH her dream has always been to do something in the spot light. She feels that a star must always shine and modeling is best career for her to do so. Her first experience with modeling was as a little girl modeling in a fashion show for her grandmother's church. She loved it!!! She gives all thanks to her heavenly father. Last year she starred in the Spirit 08 Fashion Show for The Spade Design Company and since has become the Modeling Director for the label.
